RETURNS
You can return Items(s) you bought on Tuckerman & Co. within 30 days of the date of receipt of the Item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and be accompanied by receipt of purchase.
To complete your return, please contact Tuckerman Customer Service at info@tuckerman.co. We will issue a return label that you can use to send back the unwanted Item(s). $10 postage will be deducted from your return.
REFUNDS
We will process your return as quickly as possible. After receipt of your returned Item(s), and once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price less postage.
CUSTOM ITEMS
Only in-stock items may be refunded, unfortunately custom order items cannot be refunded.
