As a growing company, we may run out of certain sizes from time to time. If you can’t find your size, just send us a message and we will do our best to help you.
We offer most of our men’s shirts in two fits – tailored fit and classic fit. Our tailored fit shirts are designed to fit closer to the body (but not quite as snug as a slim fit shirt). If you like your shirts to be more fitted, try our tailored fit. If you’re more comfortable with more room in your shirt, our classic fit is probably the right choice for you.
We currently ship anywhere within the United States with free return shipping and ship to Canada for $20 with paid return shipping. If you are outside of the United States and Canada, please send us a message and we will gladly work with you to figure out shipping costs.
We completely stand behind the quality of our shirts and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Not happy with your new shirt? Simply send it back to us within 30 days and we will give you a full refund. If you are within the United States, we will even pay for the return shipping.
We recommend to either dry-clean the shirts or wash in cold water and hang dry.
We don’t use any non-iron treatments or finishing (no formaldehyde or other nasty chemicals here!). However, because our fabrics are very high quality the ironing they require tends to be less than most shirts.
Our shirts are Oeko-tex standard 100, which certifies the absence of toxic content.
Yes, all our shirts (except the button-down collars) come with removable collar stays.
There is a 1-2% shrinkage tolerance factored in, but the quality of the fabric is such that you won't really need to worry about it (those Italian mills know what they are doing!)
At Tuckerman we have a strong commitment to environmental responsibility. Organic cotton is an environmentally friendly method of producing cotton by using fewer toxins, pesticides, and fertilizers than traditional cotton. All of the shirts sold at Tuckerman are made using 100% GOTS-certified cotton, the gold standard for organic cotton. Click here to learn more about organic cotton.
